    • You automatically get 2×6 floors joists on 10’, 12’, & 14’ wide buildings.
    • The joists on garages get moved in to 12” apart which makes them capable of holding the weight of a ½ ton pickup truck when placed on a level pad.
    • We use notched 4×6 skids or runners that remain on the shed permanently.

    • We place our studs 16” on center just like a house.
    • Our urethane & painted sheds come with 50 year LP Smartsiding on the exterior.
    • We offer a hard urethane finish on the siding for no extra charge.
    • Our 10’, 12’, & 14’ wide a-frame buildings come standard with 7’ 9” high sidewalls for lots of space for shelves and to hang things up. It also gives you plenty of headroom if you decide to convert it into a studio.
  • We include bigger lofts on our lofted buildings.
    • In our lofted sheds & cabins, the lofts grow with the size of the building. So if you purchase a large building, you’re not stuck with only 4’ lofts at each end.
    • Our bigger lofted buildings come with 2×6 loft joists.
    • We also offer a working loft door for an extra $50 if you need better access.
  • Don’t compromise on roof strength.
    • Our trusses come 24” on center and are fused together with truss plates.
    • We use Astro Armor for our standard vapor barrier instead of single or double bubble. Advantages include improved insulating value plus increased durability to avoid the problem of long term sagging & tearing.
    • If you prefer OSB under the metal, we can give it to you for no additional cost.
    • Shingles are included at the base price as well.
